Returns Policy – Online Stove Store

At OnlineStoveStore.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-Day Change of Mind Return Policy, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Overview

If your item isn’t suitable, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

If the item is returned damaged or in unacceptable condition, we may deduct a portion of your refund.

How to Return an Item

1. Notify Us

Email us at support@onlinestovestore.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Choose Your Return Method

Option A: We Arrange Collection
We can organise a pickup for you. The cost of collection will be deducted from your refund.

Parcel collection: $40 per parcel
Pallet collection: $140 per pallet

Items must be securely packaged. Palletised goods should be strapped to prevent damage during transit.

Option B: You Arrange Return
You’re welcome to organise the return yourself. Contact us at support@onlinestovestore.com for return instructions and our warehouse address.

Inspection & Refund

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault:

On delivery: Contact us immediately at support@onlinestovestore.com or call us. If possible, refuse the delivery.
After delivery: Inspect your item within 48 hours and notify us straight away.

If a fault appears within 30 days, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the issue arises after 30 days, we’ll help coordinate warranty support with the manufacturer.
