These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through OnlineStoveStore.com, a trading name of Fireplace Warehouse Limited.

1. Definitions

“We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to Fireplace Warehouse Limited, trading as Online Stove Store.
“You” / “Customer” refers to the person or business purchasing goods from us.

2. Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract is formed once we confirm your order via email after receiving full payment.
We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

3. Price and Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Full payment must be made at the time of order.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.

4. Product Descriptions

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product suits your installation and regulatory requirements.
All goods are designed for use in Australia, the USA, Canada, and the UK only.

5. Cancellation and Returns

5.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (except for custom-made items).
Notification must be provided in writing via email or post.
Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition within 14 days of cancellation notice.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned goods in acceptable condition.
Return and original delivery costs may be deducted unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

5.3 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

An item is out of stock or discontinued
Delivery is not possible to your location
There is a pricing or product listing error

In such cases, a full refund will be provided promptly.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland Australia, the USA, and Canada.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary based on location and carrier.
Do not schedule installers or trades until your order has arrived and been inspected.
If your goods arrive damaged, this must be noted with the delivery driver and reported to us within 48 hours.
Failed delivery due to customer absence may incur a re-delivery charge of $60 or more.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report any damaged, incorrect, or faulty items within 7 business days of delivery.
If goods are found to be defective, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We are not liable for faults due to incorrect installation or misuse.

8. Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the item.
Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and images of the issue.
We can assist in liaising with the manufacturer on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, delay, or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, courier strikes, supply chain issues).
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, including any applicable delivery fee.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including images, text, logos, and product information is the property of Online Stove Store or our suppliers and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Privacy & Security

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties except where required to fulfil your order.

12. Notices

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
